    Host - I understand that they want to ensure that the Yeast is "active" prior to starting a batch.( which i totally get) I just wanted to know whether I can leave it out at room temprature for the few days or whether once its inflated should I place it in the refridgerator.     So I'm gearing up for my first batch of beer and I was reading the directions (OK, reading and rereading) The instructions say to smack the yeast to activate a few days prior to Brew Day. So once the bag is inflated (5 or so hours) how do you store it until your ready to brew a few days later?
