    Pasteurization of 750ml bottles?

    So iv'e made a few batches now and i started racking into these swing top 750ml bottles but i'm curious on how long i should pasteurize them? Trying to avoid bottle bombs. Last time i did it for 30 mins and that seemed to work out... but i hope to get advice from someone who knows more about...

    cheap carboys?

    So does anybody know where i can get a 3 gal glass carboy for cheap? I know my local supermarket carries 1 gal organic apple juice in a glass carboy for $7. Good cheap price. Any leads on 3 gallons? Also would plastic work just a well? I can get those 5 gal water cooler jugs for free and 3...

    Growler Pasteurization Question

    Does anyone know how long it takes to pasteurize a 2Liter Growler? I know the 12 oz beer bottles are for at 190 for 10 mins but I'm worried about dealing with a gigantic bottle bomb. Also, can you over-pasteurize a cider? Will it hurt the cider? Any help would be great! Thanks!
