    Visited Driftwood today, picked up a growler of Fat Tug! They crop yeast on Wednesday's, best to talk to them on the Tuesday to figure out when during the day they might do this. It is a Chico strain that they use for Fat Tug. The other available yeast is a Deschutes strain. Hope this helps you out.
