I am getting a 5lb co2 tank and a 5gal corny keg and was wondering if anyone knows the how many kegs I would get out of a 5lb tank?

Anything to stay away from with store bought cider? I want pasteurized and found some at Walmart, but it says it has Ascorbic Acid, is that ok? I am not sure what to stay away from if I want it to ferment the juice?

I've been looking around at different types of brew kettles and I think I've settled on a 15gal spikebrewing.com kettle. Mostly because I really like the prices, but the one thing that I am having trouble with is, going with one, two or three ports. Any advice on which is better?
