    If you want the best hop character add ALL the hops for the last 15 minutes of the boil, Its called hop bursting and you will get intense hop character and flavor with no lingering bitterness. Its amazing... I highly recommend using Citra, Galaxy combo for this method if you have access to those...

    Stuck Fermentation w/ Mauribrew

    If the yeast goes through a temperature gradient of 10 or so degrees. I've noticed it goes into a shock period and will require some slight re-pitching. Try and hold your temperature as steady as possible for the best performance of yeast.

    I am brewing many recipes to sample and we would like to dilute some 5 gallon recipes to bottles.. Is there a equation we can use to size down it or whats the simplest method to size down our recipe?

    Believe me is thrown away, But my last post i made i stated i purchased Star-san and distilled water.. So i can just keep reusing the star-san.. If the PH is under 3 its still good to go

    Thanks so much for all the responses, Yes i was using one step sanitizer. The mini brew room is the exact same setup i have been using when brewing before.. Never ever spoiled a batch there, The yeast i am using is Safale US-05, I proof my yeast in 95F water for like 20 mins before pitch...

    Well yeah actually all the equipment has changed, I literally spend alot of money upgrading everything, new brew kettles, new carboys, new primary tanks... the whole wrap sheet.
