Hello all. I've a cab in a secondary for around 5 or 6 weeks now. Kit said to keep in there for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, there was too much going on with home and life, and it has now sat for around 6 weeks in there. I was planning on bottling this weekend, but want to make sure its still worth...

    Can I bottle a gallon?

I have two one gallons jugs finishing up fermenting. Can I simply add the appropriate amount of priming sugar and a bit of cinnamon extract to two empty one gallon jugs, transfer contents of primary jugs, seal up and let condition for a few weeks, then drink?

    Rahr 6 Row substitute?

Getting another pumpkin ale going this weekend. Instructions say that if adding real pumpkin, I need to also add 2 lbs rahr 6 row. My LHBS does not have rahr 6 row. Is there something I can use instead in the event I can't locate it? Thank you.

I've had a pumpkin ale sugar conditioning in a keg for 4 weeks now. Tomorrow it will get hooked up to gas for serving. Question......do I relieve pressure from keg before putting it on gas, or just leave as is?

    serving PSI after sugar carbonation

I currently have a pumpkin ale carbonating in a keg. I had added sugar to the keg for sugar carbonation. Once ready to go on tap (about another 2 weeks), do I leave my serving PSI at 10, or do I lower it in fear of over carbonation being the beer is already carbonated?

Do brewers list grains in order of %?

When looking at the grain ingrediants on a bottle of beer, do brewers list the grains in order of % of the grain bill or is it just any random order? I ask, as I'm attempting a Schlafly pumpkin clone and the grains listed are Pale, crystal, munich, wheat and chocolate. Final ABV should be...
