    Beer in fermenter since June 7... Too long?

    I brewed a batch of beer on June 7. Gravity was still too high after 2 weeks, so I let it ride. Here it is now August 9, and I haven't checked it since. Has it been on the yeast cake too long, or will it probably be ok to bottle?

    Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

    I'm making this recipe this weekend (5.5 gallon batch). My ingredients were shipped today, and realized I didn't order any crystal hops, only 1 oz. of Willamette. Should I boil 1/2 oz. for 60 minutes and the other 1/2 for 15? Or should I boil them all for 60 minutes?

    I bought one of those round tubs with the rope handles at walmart for eight bucks. I fill it about 10 inches deep with cold water, put my fermenter in it and every night put a pitcher full of ice cubes in; sometimes twice a day. works great

    Is this Equipment Kit a good deal for $90?

    Sorry, I've only brewed kits from Midwest, and they show the OG and FG at the top of the instructions. I re-read the instructions and they do show the OG and FG.
