It doesn't taste bad. It has the slightest vinegar taste to it. And, it doesn't smell bad either

Is ur beer bad when it has a slight vinager taste to it? It has been carb and conditioning for 7 days now. Is batch bad? Or do I need a little more time. It an American Cream Ale

I have had my second batch of beer sitting in the primary for about a month now. I do a lot of out of town work and won't be home until tomorrow . Will it be ok to bottle? And, that is if I get home tomorrow. I might have be gone another week. Will another week hurt it?

The last one I took was about an hour ago it read 1.010 or 1.012. Somewhere in that range. The FG for the beer was 1.012 to 1.015

Made a giant noob mistake.. I thought that I put it in the primary 3-12-2012. My girlfriend just told me that I put it in there 3-19-2012.. Now I'm worried about bottle bombs. Since I only did the brew TEN days ago.. I can't believe I rushed it that fast. Do I need to worry about bottle...

Already bottled it.. Sat in the primary for two weeks, sat in secondary for two weeks.. Bottled today. Just got done

Me personally... Do alot of reading first.. I think a kit would be the best way to go.(at first). Get a couple of batches under your belt first. Extract would be a great way to get your feet wet. I just got my first batch into the secondary. I'm no guru by any means. Hopefully Revvy will...

Add some Hennessy soaked chips to a cream ale, just to try it out and see how it turns out

Do you put your wood chips,tea bag or whatever u want to flavor your beer with, in during the brew period or after sometime it is done. Or, in the fermenter?
