I started with just a one gallon batch and it has turned out great, i was wondering if anyone had any easy recipes for a beginner and a list if materials needed.
Im fairly new at this and i was wondering if its okay to top off the bottle with purified water, also i wad wondering if it would be a good or bad idea to add a little more honey.
Any tips and advice? Its been fermenting for two weeks now and is still bubbling quite a bit, it also has a one inch layer at the bottom. When should i siphon it to a new bottle?
