    Is it or does anyone recommend trying a beer after one week in the bottle I know some ppl recommend it but just wondering if it's worth it.

    Quick Question from a Noob.

    My first batch has been in the fermenter/LBK for 3 weeks and the FG is at a finishing point ( i think ) and taste flat no sweetness to it....but there are still little bubbles on the surface. Is it ok to bottle or do i need to wait? I waited an extra few days to see if the bubbles would dispurse...

    I probably do have it wrong but I thought that's what I heard lol. So flat is good sweet bad lol but it smells like a flat beer that a good sign?

    I was bored last night as the wife watched the voice so I was checking the mr beer videos in bottling and the dude said to taste a sip and if it was sweet it was good to bottle if it tasted like flat beer wait a few more days any one have comments on that?

    Since I dont have a bottling bucket how would u add priming sugar and y wouldn't table sugar work dont have a lhbs near me

    That funny. But I have a question does anyone or would it be recommended to use priming sugar with a mr.beer kit? I would think it should have came with the kit but it didnt, do I need to have it or is it not nessesary with their kits?

    It's not that I'm impatient I was planning on doing 3 weeks in primary but when I went to the brew shop they said two weeks was enough and I thought they were suppose to give good advice. And from what I can see since its hard to see into the LBK it looks clear
