    Sg at 1.012 after 3 weeks

    Hi all, tonight i went to brew my first batcg of cascade imperial pale ale. I let it sit in the primary for 3 weeks, and thete was definitely no more bubble action in the airlock. The problem is the sg is at 1.012..... It started at around 1.046. Help!!!! What should i do????

    Newbie question re hydrometer use

    Hi all, i just mixed a brew of cascade pale ale last night and just before i went to do a hydrometer reading..... I opened the tap and put a sample in the test tube an took a reading fine, but my questions / observations are: 1. if i sample every day unil ready to bottle, that sems like a waste...
