    Strongbow carbonation

    I have some hard cider ( 3 gallons ) and I would like to know what amount of dextrose or apple concentrate to add to get the carbonation like a bottle of StrongBow cider. Seem like a nice balance between carbed and still. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Bob

    Bottling still Apfelwien

    I have a 3 gallon batch of a apfelwein clone. I also have some whiskey bottles ( I don't know where they came from ) that have the cork stoppers on them. Can I put, fermented out, still cider in them to age? Would I be wrong to assume the cork is sanitized with whiskey? Any ideas...

    Source for Telfords and Geordie malt

    Does anyone have a good mail order source or a decent substitute for: TELFORD'S TARTAN DRY DARK MALT EXTRACT GEORDIE DRY DARK MALT EXTRACT ? I hate to mess with success and this is what I used a few years ago. Can't remember where I ordered the last time. :)
