Does anyone have a good mail order source or a decent substitute for:

TELFORD'S TARTAN DRY DARK MALT EXTRACT

GEORDIE DRY DARK MALT EXTRACT ?

I hate to mess with success and this is what I used a few years ago.

Can't remember where I ordered the last time. :)

i also am in the need for some geordie dark dry malt extract.

actually, i would like to know what base and specialty malts went into this fine product ;)

(they sell it at morebeer but i'm trying to convert an old recipe to all-grain)

i think i missed the OPs point (that's what i get for resurrecting threads :D)

Shoot me an email to Bob (at) Bayview-Idaho.com and I will send you the recipe.

It is a good one, over 15 pounds of fermentables in a 5 gal batch.

Smooth and tastee! Its a Christmas Ale of course
