    Nugget Nectar Clone

The ingredients in the above BYO recipe calls for 1.5 oz of Nugget for 90 minutes, but the instructions indicate only a 60 minute boil. Has anyone brewed this, or does anyone have any input on this? Also, Troegs claim "93ish IBUs" and BeerSmith gives me 64 with this recipe.

Great Lakes Hops, or High Hops for ordering hop crowns

Great Lakes!!! Check this out. These were all purchased in April and planted the same day. I couldn't get every variety I wanted from GL, so I figured I would try an experiment. For reference, the Cascade plant is about 7' tall.

No signs of life from rhizomes

To expand on my earlier post: Patience is necessary. I got nothing out from a few rhizomes after 5 weeks. I dug them up and put them in a different part of my yard, thinking that those dry, sad looking sticks may still have life, but had no real expectations. After a few more weeks of no growth...

No signs of life from rhizomes

If it's any consolation, I planted 7 rhizomes this years and 3 of them took 6 weeks to show any growth. Glacier, Sterling, and Mt. Hood took more than a month while my 2 Cascade and 2 Nugget were growing in 2 weeks or so. I dug the Mt. Hood out of the ground to check on it. I ended up...
