Well **** ... I tried first wort hopping as well as a 60 min bitter , extra flavor and aroma hops , late liquid malt addition (hoping to get better hop utilization ) , dry hopped and stilllll manage to make the weakest flavored beer I ever made lol

After reading this my question seem redundant , but ... Are there any benefits to making a yeast starter for US - 05 when working on an ipa above 7.0 abv ?

Very interesting .. I've inly done about 20 mini mash batches in my brewing history and never had a problem getting the bitter I want in my IPAs but not as easy to find the flavor or aroma qualities that I'm after .. Maybe I should experiment with fwh and ease back from my 60 min charge and add...

Or should I wait until after the mini mash is complete ?

Right on , I'll try to be more patient .. I just left it in my primary longer than I planned and when IPA day came around I had to keg ; dry hop ; carb and tap all in 24 hours lol .. I need to get a pipeline going so I won't rush anything

I actually had problems with the my dry hop bag clogging the out post of my keg . I had to clean and sanitize my arm and reach down the keg to pull it out lol .. I didn't want to rush the kegging process but was trying to tap it on IPA day .. I also didn't think that " set and forget " would...

Interesting , most quick force carbing methods the I've read or watched involve at least a little shaking , or at least forcing the gas through the out tube

I be tried it once with no ill affects , but with my present batch I dry hopped with 3 or 4 oz in a muslin bag and the beer coming insanely hazy and loaded with hop debris .. ... Yes sir , 5 gallon batch... It was a pain in the ass to gett all that into muslin bags in hopes that I would save myself from the excess hop sludge , but it did me no good .. Prob lost almost a gallon of wort to absorption
