I wish that it did. This stuff looks like cobwebs except white. I just gave them a good cleaning and planted them anyway. We'll see what happens.:mug:

I just received four rhizomes from Freshops today and both of my Cascades have this white fuzzy stuff on them. Is this some type of mold or disease? The willamette and centennial smell fresh but the cascade smells different...not bad but different. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the tip Pseudochef! At least now I know the basic ingredients in the recipe. Does anybody know of a way to get from 3 lbs per barrel to about a 6.5 to 7 gallon boil?

Without a doubt the DFH 60 is one of the best!!! I saw a recipe for it on this forum somewhere...will be brewing it soon, hopefully! I have a 4-pack of DFH 90 min in the fridge right now. I have to go...it's calling for me!

Has anyone had this before? I tried it because I'm a fan of all things IPA...it is Awesome! I've never had anything like it. It's incredibly floral! I'm curious if anybody else has tried it and what their reaction was. I'd love to try to recreate the recipe but I'm not sure where to start.:mug:

Finally got around to doing my first AG. Everything went well except for a stuck sparge 5 min in. I hit my original gravity and temps. All in all, it took about 4 hours start to finish. It was heck of a lot of fun and much more rewarding than extract brewing! Hopefully, the fermentation...
