    Thanks a bunch, I was worried about not having enough dregs. The 1 gallon Idea sounds like a good approach. Do you think I can use these as a "dregs starter" and then repitch to my Carboy?

    Has anyone ever tried doing a sour cherry wheat? I've got a cherry wheat going in the secondary, and two delicous bottles of Russian river sours.     Dogfish immortale bottled on 3/23/10 lucky me. 11abv malty but fairly dry kinda taste like dark cherry overall a good brew

    Left hand milk stout. Delicious at almost a year and I don't really like sweet beers. This is sweet with some roastiness and a nice bitter finish
