Has anyone seen any vanguard rhizomes for sale? Would like to try to find some for next year

I have been working 80 hour work weeks and if I'm going to brew, its going to have to be with a mash one day and brewing about 5 days later. Will it be ok to collect my wort and put it in a sanitized container for that time and then finish brewing later in the week?

I did my first all grain batch last weekend. racked it today to a carboy. the bucket smelled alot different then i'm use to. if i had to describe it, i'ld say it smelled a lot like the spent grain after the mash. is that normal? I know i know, rdwhahb.

I made my own MLT out of a 60 quart rectangular ice chest. how often should the brass be taken apart and cleaned seperately? Should it be cleaned with anything in particular? Would bleach water be ok? Is there anything that is not ok to clean the brass with? Thanks
