    Propper priming solution for an english ale ??

    Making an English ale from an extract kit put together to be similar Ar to northern brewers innkeeper ale..     Stir during begining of fermentation?

    Just brewed my first batch of beer yesterday. Used innkeeper ale recipe from northern brewer. Used what grains my local home brewer supply had that were comparable and used 1 lb of honey that i substituted for 16 oz of corn sugar that I forgot to get. Og was .032 ish, My question ...

    Ginger beer plant to ferment ??

    As anyone tried to use gbp to ferment a mead?? Been using it to make ginger ale w honey and it ferments quite well,, gonna tri it w a mead and wondering if anyone has tried this yet..

    About to bottle.... Whats that citric acid blend that came w my sweet mead kit?????

    O I need to use it on the melomels we parted out of the 5 gallon batch... 2 1 galloners.... And 3 straight up honey and water... What will it do? The fruit gals taste pretty good without it.... Afraid I will ruin my batch....don't wanna do that

    Question bout screwtop glass gallons???

    Can the 1 gal glass screwtop wine bottles be used for aging by filling w final product mead, that is done fermenting for at least a month, no bubbles in mead what so ever, and just rescrewing the top on...     When adding potassium sorbate...???

    WHen adding potassium sorbate ....will it dissolve on its own into the mead?? Or should it be mixed after it is dropped in?? Can we dissolve on side in water and then add. Not wanting to stir if possible.. Mead has been racked 1 time and i don't want to disturb the clearing process if...
