Pennsylvania Complete All-Grain Home Brewing Set-Up

I've been eyeballing this on craigslist but I don't need all that you have. Too bad as I am in Latrobe. There is a new homebrewers group starting up in Westmoreland County, I can float this by them if you would like.

    Dry Hopping in the Keg...

1 gallon paint bag from Lowes, sanitized, tied off with dental floss. Been working great for me in dry hopping in the keg. Easy to clean, reusable and very little debris left in the keg - comes out in that first pint when drawing the beer.

    Adding vanilla beans

I did a vanilla porter a month or so ago, left the beans in keg for about 10 days, then removed and FC'd the keg. Wonderful aroma and taste, still does as I had some last night.

    Outside brewing under a canopy?

Absolutely safe. I use one when I brew outside and it calls for rain and I don't feel like doing it in the garage. Wind is always a factor when we brew outside anyway, more so with a canopy.
