Last week I went to Figueroa Mountain Brewery, Firestone Walker Barrelworks, Firestone Walker, Barrelhouse, Sonoma Springs, and Russian River. This week it's Benchmark, Ballast Point, and Reckless. Not sure about where I will go tomorrow. Maybe Second Chance, but not sure.

Has anyone bought a 5-gallon all-gran kit from one of the online retailers (where the grains are pre-mixed) and then split the recipe in two for the Zymatic?

Maybe use an ice bath/wort chiller in addition to that setup.
