    Force carbing in a barrell?

    Hey all, Would it be possible if i could force carb my beer in my barrell. Ie: connecting the co2 injector up and just leaving it pressurised along with a bit of sugar, basically like force carbing in a corny but on a smaller scale. Thanks.Josh.:mug:

    Aaargh!!

    Argh!! My stout that i pitched yesterday has suspectly stopped. The krausen was touching the lid within 10 hours of pitching, sounds good, although ive just checked now and theres no bubbles what so ever, and wierdly enought the SG's gone up!!     Yeast starter

    Hi all I was thinking of making a yeast starter tommorow. How long does the yeast starter need to sit as i want to get this stout fermenting asap! Failing that i may just hydrate it in abit of water at about 20 celcius or should i just bung in the dry yeast and quit worrying? Thanks.Josh.

    Favorite extract kit

    Hey all, could i use normal sugar for priming? I have been told to use 150g of sugar but how many teaspoons am i looking at? I watched a video earlier and he said as a rule of thumb to use 1 teaspoon per 500ml, is this correct? Thanks.
