    "green" beer

    I've heard of beer being "green" and i get that it means its young and not ready yet but what does green beer taste like...asking because I have a batch that doesn't have much flavor and I'm hoping that it's just "green" and will get better with age.

    force carb

    I'm about to force carb for the first time, any ideas how long it will take if I crank it up to about 30psi and have the fridge set at 33 degrees?

    dead yeast?

    I was fermenting in a fridge to keep the temp between 60-70 but I had it set wrong and it got down to 45. It was only @ 45 for about an hour but since then I haven't seen anything coming out of the air lock. Is it possible that I killed the yeast?
