    Under Shot Target Volume (Understatement of the Year)

    I under shot my target volume by more than a gallon. My OG is really high, of course. I have let it ferment for about a month and a half now and am contemplating adding water to bring my volume up. Is there any reason not to do so? Would you?

    So I'm on my 3rd batch of brew. I am brewing an amber ale from an extract kit. The recipe says to all it to ferment for 4 weeks and then let it bottle condition for for 2.     Is there a better priming sugar to use than another? I am not a big fan of corn sugar and was thinking about using Sugar in the Raw. Any thoughts?
