    10 gallon cooler capacity question.

    I'm about to buy a cooler for my mash tun. I want to use a 10gal round cooler but I'm not sure the capacity is large enough for making big beers like Barley wines and the like. Any help would be appreciated.

    Immersion chiller question.

    In most recipes state to put your chiller in the wort and boil for the last 15min. Is it ok to leave a chiller in a bucket of StarSan until its needed? Does the StarSan affect the copper tubing in any way?

    Carboy question

    At the present time, I have 3 buckets and 1 Better Bottle carboy. I was walking through the grocery store last night and spoted a 5 gallon water bottle which contained spring water. Are these bottles different then Better Bottles. $6.00 is a tempting price tag.

    Is my fermentation stuck?

    Hello everybody. My second brew, Brewers Best Irish Stout, has been in the bucket for 11 days. I took a gravity reading today and with the temp correction I'm getting 1.025. My OG was 1.043.     Irish Moss and Extracts?

    I just have a question about Irish Moss. I was reading in "How to Brew", and it said Irish Moss is not supposed to be used in extract brewing. Is this true and does anyone use it anyway? Thanks

    How to increase the FG of my Stout?
