    Wort today. Pitching tomorrow?

    I made my wort today. And I didn't follow the standard cooling procedures. It's been awhile and it's still reading 125. And it's been there from a bit. Would it be okay if I let it sit tonight and pitched the yeast tomorrow? Or is that a bad practice? - Josh

    Is my first brew ruined?

    On Dec. 30th we began our very first brew. After four to five hours we had it ready to place in the fermenter and we did.
