    I bottled too soon!

    Now I have beer that shoots out of the bottle when its opened. But the good news is its the best pre-hoped malt extract kit I've made:rockin: .I don't know what too do so My plan is to drink it all fast! :drunk:

    expired kit?

    I'm new to home brewing (been lurking here a bit,lots of great info)and was hoping for some help, I just bought my second kit a festa brew brown ale and when I opened it the smell was awful but I didn't think much of it.Its now 24 hours, not fermenting yet.so I check the yeast and it says...
