Best brew kettle for under $150???

I make 5 gallon batches so I'll need something larger for the boil. I plan on retiring my old turkey pot for something a little fancier. I'd like to stay under $150 if possible. Thanks for your suggestions.

Please help me understand this recipe.

I'm brewing a "Brooklyn Pennant Ale 55" clone and I can't figure out the recipe instructions. The recipe is built for as an extract but if you look at the bottom it explains how to do the all grain method. I went to the home brew store and he sold me every item on the recipe list but I don't...

    Sanitizing bottle question

For my first home brew I purchased a bunch of new beer bottles and washed them in dawn dishwashing soap with one of those bottle washers. I stored them in a closed box for a week and the day of the bottling I rinsed them in no rinse sanitizer. Right after I rinsed them with the sanitizer I...

Brewing my first batch and i have a couple questions.

I'm currently in the fermenting stages of my first beer (wheat beer) and I'm wondering how long I should let it ferment. My instructions from the home brew store say something like 7-14 days but I keep reading on here that everyone let's their beer ferment for a few weeks or a month. I checked...
