    Strong Malt taste

    I've got two kegs on the go, one I brewed a Coopers IPA the other is a Canadian Red. I'm finding that there's a strong malt taste to both final products. Could that be the result of something I've done wrong, or is that just what I should come to expect from such products?

    Hello all! I've recently discovered the hobby of homebrewing, and currently have my first brew in a secondary fermenter awaiting kegging! I finally realized that 120 for 20 litres at the beer store was a bit much, and eagerly await my first homebrew completion!
