    Assmannhausen yeast in Marechal Foch

    I used Assmannhausen yeast in Marechal Foch started Yeast with ferm aid-K and I just don't see a lot of action. I am fermenting 3 separate batches in 3 separate vessels the RC212 is going great guns, but the Assmannhausen is not doing much at all. Should I restart it or just wait? Thanks, Terry
