    Recipe help

    Looking to brew this weekend using what I have on hand. Also want to use Voss for a quick turn around. Best I came up with is: 6.25 lbs Maris Otter (all I have), 4 lb 2-row (have plenty).     Recycle beer?

    So, I have some store bought beer that is way too carbonated and a bit too sour for my liking. It has been sitting in a back room for about a year now. I thought about dumping it, or even using them as targets (cans). Could they be used as a yeast nutrient? Any thoughts? Thanks ~Bob

    Hello from Central Maine

    This weekend I brew my first batch since the mid 90's, so I've been out of the loop for a while. This was also my first all grain batch. A learning experience fur sur! So much more to learn... ~Bob
