    Na Metabisulphite and yeast

    context: so, i planned to prepare some strawberry wine as my microbiology project. I got the strawberry extract... in a sterile glass bottle... 1ltr. I got Na metabisulphite from lab and added quite low amount of it to the mixture and it just turned pale pink... Q) Is the color change normal...
