    Anvil Controller for 1650w element

    I'm looking for a cheap way to heat sparge water easily and I noticed my new anvil controller is rated for 120v/15A. Any reason I can't pair this with a cheap bucket heater under 1800w to heat spare water? I'd have to put the probe in a thermowell. Thanks!
