    Hi Just made my first Porter. So pleased how it has turned out. Will be adding some plum favouring before I bottle it. It has come out at a lovely 6.69%. Will definitely be doing another brew in January

    Weak homebrew

    Hoping you can advise me. I am a new member today. I have just made my first batch of homebrew from scratch using Munich malt as a base, added some crystal malt, roasted Barley, pale choc malt and some Fuggle hops.
