Brewed up a pilsner and trying wlp800, made a starter stepped it up to make a 2 liter. OG 1.050 24hrs later still no signs of activity. starting to sweat a little, I hate when fermentation takes more then 24hrs to start. has anyone else noticed a long lag time for WLP800?
