    Please help

    Ok so I took 100% apple juice concentrate with only juice and vitamin c. Added about a cup of sugar and a packet of yeast, put a balloon with a pin prick in it and left it for a few days. It bubbled after a day and an they disappeared. Now I'm left with a container of slightly discolored apple...

    DOES THIS WORK?

    If I just take some apples. Core them, dice them up, put them in a blender with some water and suger. Blend then and strain pulp. Then put in a glass container with plastic wrap with pin needle holes over the top, and letting it ferment for a few days or even weeks, is this going to be the same...
