Bottle conditioning at room temp in glass bottles

Hey, No doubt this questions has been asked several times, anyway... I've just bottled my IPA after cold crashing / geletin method and bottled into 500ml bottles. The beer temp was about 5C when I bottled it and they're no conditioning at around 18C - 20C (this can sometimes be higher...

    Clearing beer with geletin...

Guys, I've currently got an IPA brewing and I've read a few posts regarding geletin to clear the beer. My question is, when my FG is consistent and fermentation has complete, should I add 1 tsp of plain geletin to 1 cup of boiled and cooked water and leave for 48 hours and then add...

Drop hopped.. should there be a thick top?

Hey, I've just added the hop pellet directly to my ferementing bucket as I'm due to bottle in the next 2 - days. I've just checked and there's a thick layer on the top.. Should that be there or should the pellets be breaking up and going to the bottom? Thanks!

Syphoning into another fermenting bucket to add carbonation sugar

Hey, So I've just bought myself another fermenting bucket to try making some wine eventually! I've seen some people talking about syphoning their beer into another bucket to add the priming sugar so there's an even distribution of priming sugar. My question is, will I be okay syphoning...

    Saison temperature.. oops

Guys, Sorry if this isn't the correct forum to post in about this but I think I may have ruined my saison... I'd been away for a couple of days and accidentally left my heater on with towels wrapped around the bucket. When I arrived home today, the thermometer sticker was reading 34...

    Bottled Conditioning Temperature

Hi, I'm new to the forum / home brewing and I've been trying to find the optimum temperature for bottle conditioning... I have 2 options, room temperature (ie 20C - 24C) or the airing cupboard (~30C). Which would be better for conditioning my American Pale Ale in the bottle? Thanks...
