I'm doing a cherry cider: 2 gallons apple juice and 1 quart tart cherry juice. I took a gravity reading and can barely tell there's cherry. When I bottle would priming with more cherry juice increase the cherry flavor? How much?
I have a food grade bucket with a lid that doesn't snap on tight. I'm thinking about just setting the lid on loose and fermenting that way. Any problems with that?

Wheat is supposed to help with head retention. Would versions of wheat like carawheat or chocolate wheat also work? How about using some wheat extract?
