    End of School Year IPA

Designing my first IPA. What are people's thoughts? The mix of 10L and 60L Crystal is because I don't have any 20 or 40L. Also not sure on yeast. 1028 is the only liquid yeast I have. I have US04, US05 and Nottingham. This is a 5.5 gallon batch. 11 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) 12.0 oz...

    Equipment help/advice needed please

Just saw a listing by some people who got a storage shed auction. 6 corny kegs for $20 each. Two 6 gallon carboys $20-$24. Also a bunch of 3 liter cans. I don't know if these have any value/use or not. The kegs look like Pepsi but not sure. Can anyone here tell because the people there don't...

About to start my 2nd batch

I got a Brewers Best Cream Ale kit but it has some different procedures from my 1st brew (Muntons Wheat Ale). The Cream Ale has Nottingham yeast. The yeast pack says to activate the yeast in water before pitching but the kit instructions say DO NOT do that. They say to sprinkle dry on top which...
