    Yeast Color

    Hi everyone, its been a while since I last posted. I'm building my yeast supply back up after 8 months in the fridge. Its white in color...is that a good or a bad thing?     How clear does beer have to be?

    I just finished my first 5 gallon batch of ale. O.G. 1.060, F.G. 1.011 in about a week and a half.
