    South Dakota Beer?

    I'm heading to SD in early June for a family vacation. We'll primarily be in the Belle Fourche area but making our way around the state. Anyone have recommendations for breweries or beer bars?

    Move it or not?

    I have a porter and a pale ale that are 9 days in on primary fermentation. They are in my basement with a 59* ambient temperature. I used S04 on both beers. Should I move them to a warmer area to finish?

    New in St. Louis

    Hello from the St. Louis, MO area. I received a Brooklyn Brew kit from my wife, brewed once and put it away. A friend that did a brew on premises session renewed my interest. I'm now four small batches in. I currently have a pale ale and a robust porter (both are recipes from this forum)...
