    Coffe beer

    My recipe call for 6oz of coffee how much water should I use if I am doing the chill trick. The trick is where u get coffee grains and boil the water then let it come back down to room temp then add the coffee in and out in fridge for 24 to 48 hours.

    I am trying to get the foamy head,tast and cascade affect on my stout. I have the temp at 36 degrees for the keezer. Force carb it at 25 psi for 2 days then put the nitrogen on it at 33 psi. Not getting the cascade as much as it should be and getting a lot of head. What do I need to do?

    How much pressure should I use to push a stout when I have 75 percent nitrogen and 25 percent co2 and the are in side the keezer temp is at 35 degrees.

    It has been 7 days I am still getting bubbles out of airlock it is slow but still does. I know it says no bubbles for 48!hours is this true what is the best way to know if it's ready? It says 4-6 days in fermentation.

    I added my whiskey barrel chips to the specialty grains on accident first brew and I was suppose to add them in fermentation when it is done. Will this hurt the beer? Should I get more chips and do it later when fermentation is done?
