    Help me!

    A friend gave me some Munich malt extract just wondering what kind of beer I can make with it. I have some San Diego super yeast but what kind of hops would go well with it

    What kind of beer did I make?

    I used 7lbs Munich malt extract Steeped 2 oz of amber malt 2 oz crystal 4oL I oz simcoe at 60 minutes 1 oz German magnum at 30 minutes 1 oz German mandarina bavaria at 15 minutes 4 oz malto dexterin last 15 minutes and extract last 5 minutes Fermenting with wlp029 kolsch yeast

    Thoughts?

    Made a chocolate cherry wheat ale yesterday. 6 lbs Bavarian wheat l me 1.5 lbs honey Steeped a lb of chocolate grains 1oz hallertau at 30 minutes 1oz Czech Saaz at 15 minutes And the last 5 minutes 2 cans of cherries and 2oz of cherry extract Pitched dry wheat ale yeast Any thoughts on this?...

    Infection?

    Just got home from work,checked my beer that's been fermenting for 3 weeks and its starting to develop a white film on the top...what is this? And is it still gonna be drinkable?

    Too much?

    Made my 3rd beer last nite. I used 8lbs of Alexanders pale malt extract, i steeped some chocolate malt until it started to boil,centennial and cascade hops,and Nottingham yeast. Its been going pretty strong since this morning a lot of foam coming out,more so than my other too beers. Its 5...

    Bottle bombs?

    First time Brewer here. I bottled an American wheat beer last week and got impatient and opened a couple today just for the hell of it. Both of them started over flowing as soon as I opened them. It had been fermenting in a glass carboy for 5 weeks so I assumed it was done and I used 5oz priming...
