    High FG

    I brewed a milk stout from extract with an og of 1.060 and let it ferment for two weeks so far. Right now it's reading 1.030 with no visible fermentation activity. What's going on? I'm only a few months into homebrewing so I'm lost. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Weird foam clusters

    This is the first time I did a recipe from scratch, this is only my 4th homebrew. It's a brown ale extract with williamette and east kent goldings. It tastes fine but has a bitter aftertaste I'm not sure of, it's not overbearing just new to me. But I was curious as to why the foam clusters...
