    Can I put my priming sugar in my bottling bucket?

    I don't have a carboy so I racked my beer into my bottling bucket. When it comes to bottling day can I just add my priming sugar right to the bucket that my beer is in now? Or do you have any suggestions for me???

    Too long??

    Is there a too long for a batch to be in a fermentation bucket before racking or bottling?? I never took an Og reading. So I don't no where my FG should be. That's why I ask

    Hydrometer readings...

    This is my first brew and i missed the step to take an original reading.. I'm brewing a brewers best continental pilsner. I took a reading a day or so into fermentation and it was at 1.046. Fermentation seems to have stalled out. ( no bubbles in airlock). I'm wondering if anyone knows...

    First batch and I think I have to dump it. Please help

    Trying to make a brewers best continental pilsner, and it has not fermenting. I actually pitched yeast waited 3 days. Pitched another packet of yeast and I'm waiting for something to happen. It's been 2 days and My reading is at 1.046 and is stuck there. Any suggestions??? Please help.

    I never took an initial reading..
