    What to do with extra beer?

    So I have a batch ready to keg but I have over 5 gallons (prob closer to 6) and only have one keg. I have bottles but no dextrose to prime with.     Confused about beer line

    All of the threads I have read say that the best tubing to use for beer line is 3/16". All of the liquid disconnects i have seen for ball lock kegs have 1/4" barbed fittings. Am I missing something? Does the 1/4" barbed fitting fit the 3/16" tubing?

    Question about mashtun

    Would a rectangular 48Qt rectangular cooler work for 5 gal batch of beer if I wanted to start all grain recipes? I've noticed that many people go with the cylindrical coolers but I have a rectangular cooler that I could sacrifice to make a mash tun out of.
