i'm new at the forum and brewing. I brewed my 5th batch of IPA.
My OG was 1.061 and it has been fermenting for 3 weeks now. I used the US-05 dry yeast. It was 68 F when i pitched.
Since the beginning of the 2nd week the density is stuck at 1.040.
