Need some advice I've just started second fermentation. I've transferred it to a pressuer barrel I wanted to keep it in the garage but its only gets to about 16 degrees at the highest does this mater or should I keep it some where warmer
I've used a beer kit and added brew enhancer in the fermenting bucket I'm going to transfer to a pressuer barrel (keg) do in need to prime the barrel with sugar even tho I used the brew enhancer in the fermenting tub

I started a brew on Saturday but not much seemed to of happened or it has and I've not noticed I seem to have a ring of froth at the top of the fermenting tub and it has condensation on the lip but it does not seem to be bubbling is this normal
