    Cracked fast fermenter

    Cultivated yeast

    I used a cultivated yeast on a avalanche clone. The yeast was from about a month ago. It was kept in a mason jar sealed in the fridge. When I pitched the yeast the temp was about 69.     Clearing up my beer

    Every beer I do comes out cloudy. I use the whirfloc tabs or Irish Moss. I have gotten no results. The beers taste great, but I would like to make them look a little nicer.

    Mash tun clogged

    I'm brewing pumpkin ale, did the first two draws. Then when I went to drain to, the pot it's clogged. Any ideas??

    Full mash

    This Saturday will be the start of my all grain brewing. I have been home brewing for all most two years now, and finally got the nerve (and equipment). Wish me luck guys, I'm honestly so excited words cannot express. Next stop my own recipe.
