I've had this Blue Moon clone in secondary for ten days, just checked on it today, and saw tiny white spots on the surface. There's condensation on the sides of the carboy, so I took pics through the top... But I can't upload them until my membership upgrade is processed. The spots are opaque...

I (rather enthusiastically) started my batch of Ed Wort's Apfelwein, but the first 4 days were fermenting at a high temp, around 75 or 80 degrees. The temp controller finally came, and I've cooled the carboy down to 72. What issues can I expect? This appears to be a very popular concoction...

No matter how carefully I adjust the mill rollers at my LBS, I still get dust in the grain sack,which then ends up in the brewpot. I've read that boiling the grain is bad for flavor, so how can I (or should I- does it matter?) remove the dust before steeping? Thanks in advance!
